I’m a Senior Contract Manager with 15 years in the field.

I’ve spent my career in contracts and legal operations, which is a fancy way of saying I’m the person who gets pulled into a meeting when someone realizes the renewal deadline was yesterday.

I’ve built contract processes from nothing, inherited systems that would make you wince, and spent more time than I’d like to admit sorting through folders named things like “Contracts FINAL (2)” and “DO NOT DELETE – ask Karen.” I started this blog because I kept giving the same advice to the same kinds of people, and I figured I might as well write it down somewhere.
